Bring your baby for a challenging customized full body workout, in a small group setting!
Are you ready for a challenge? Each Small Group Training set includes group goal setting, fitness planning and accountability, in a friendly and social atmosphere.
Each session will be tailored to the goals of the group such as cardio, strength, agility, power, endurance, flexibility and core. 6 clients per training session maximum. Mobile babies are welcome as long as you can keep them with you in your “bubble”. Private What’s App group for accountability and motivation. Missed workouts will be sent via email from the trainer
-Commitment to arrive on time and give 100% for the full hour
-Commitment to 100% participation (completing the workout on your own if you need to miss)
-Commitment to 1 additional strength workout (program provided) on your own each week
-Commitment to 2 additional cardio workouts on your own each week
