Bootcamp

Want to maximize your training? Get ready for a challenging customized program in a small group setting!

Each Small Group Training set includes group goal setting, fitness planning and accountability, in a friendly and social atmosphere. 

Sessions will be tailored to the goals of the group such as cardio, strength, agility, power, endurance, flexibility and core.  Your registration includes your weekly workout with your trainer, a weekly video workout to complete on your own, as well as a private chat group and access to the trainer all week for accountability.

6 clients per training session maximum. Mobile babies are welcome at in-person classes as long as you can keep them with you.  

Requirements:

-Commitment to arrive on time and give 100% for the full hour
-Commitment to 100% participation (completing the workout on your own if you need to miss)
-Commitment to 1 additional strength workout (program provided) on your own each week
-Commitment to 2 additional cardio workouts on your own each week
-Positive Attitude
-Healthy & Injury Free
