Rehabilitate your core AND learn useful infant massage techniques in our gentle and progressive Postnatal Core and Infant Massage series. Our welcoming easy-going environment allows you to tend to your baby, meet other parents and babies and enjoy the benefits of postnatal exercise. This is a great class to ease back into fitness, and gain confidence going out with your brand new baby.
Each class will focus both on you and on baby. We will learn research –based exercises to strengthen pelvic floor and core, as well as baby massage techniques to bond with your new baby, improve relaxation and sleep, build a loving routine for your family, assist baby’s digestion, and enjoy each other’s company.
All fitness levels are welcome. Participants should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). Recommended for pre-mobile babies only. This class is safe and effective for women with abdominal separation and pelvic floor dysfunction. All instructors are certified pre/postnatal fitness specialists.
