Improve your flexibility and mindfulness with baby by your side AND learn useful infant massage techniques with our Mom & Baby Yoga + Infant Massage Series. Our welcoming easy-going environment allows you to tend to your baby, meet other parents and babies and enjoy the benefits of postnatal exercise. Experience less aches and pains, improved strength and a clearer mind. The first half of class includes postnatal specific stretches, strength, relaxation exercises and core work. The second half of class focuses on massage techniques to bond with your new baby, improve relaxation and sleep, build a loving routine for your family, assist baby’s digestion, and enjoy each other’s company.
All fitness levels and trimesters are welcome. Participants should be 4+ weeks postpartum (6 weeks for caesareans). Recommended for pre-mobile babies only. All instructors are certified pre/postnatal fitness specialists
